Not all broken windshields need to be replaced. As a general rule, if the damage to your windshield can fit under the size of a quarter, in most cases we can repair it. Any larger and it should be replaced. This is just a guideline, so if you have any questions please give us a call or drop by either location and we can tell you exactly what needs to be done.

Most windshield installations take about an hour to complete, then another hour for the urethane to cure to a safe drive away time.

Yes, for your convenience we offer mobile service in Long Island, Westchester and the NYC 5 Boroughs. What will Acme need from me to complete a mobile installation? Our technicians will need access to your vehicle (keys) and contact information for you. If we are doing your job in a parking lot or other tight space please park away from other vehicles if possible to give the technician room to work.

Yes, all our technicians are certified in the safe use of their original equipment urethane adhesive systems for bonding the glass to your vehicle.

Yes, we vacuum all the broken glass out of you vehicle and any glass that has made its way into the inside of the doors.
